Clinical Services

If your pet does become unwell, we aim to offer them the very best in clinical care so we offer a wide range of services at our practices.

  • One on one consultation service with a fully qualified veterinary surgeon to identify your pets problem. We dedicate a 10 minute appointment slot for each patient enabling you and your pet to have the vets full attention to investigate the problem. Cat only consultation periods are available to reduce the stress felt by your feline friends
  • We have full x-ray, ultrasound and endoscopy facilities to assist in the non invasive diagnosis of a wide range of conditions
  • We have full surgical facilities with a separate sterile operating theatre at each practice and a full range of theatre equipment, enabling us to deal with a broad range of both soft tissue and orthopaedic procedures
  • We have full dentistry facilities at both practices with the ability to take x-rays of the affected area if required
  • We have a state of the art wet chemistry laboratory at our Whitstable branch. Staffed by our dedicated veterinary nursing team this lab enables us to obtain many blood test results within hours, reducing any delay in treating your pet's condition
  • We have hospitalisation facilities for over 35 patients across both our branches. Our Kennel facilities include dedicated recovery kennels for animals post surgery and isolation for any contagious patients. Our nursing staff dealing with the hospitalised patients are qualified veterinary nurses and a veterinary surgeon is always available 24 hours a day
  • Acupuncture for the relief of pain and some other conditions which may not respond to conventional therapy. Feel free to contact the practice to enquire about the possibility of treating your pets' condition
  • Mark Moreton is studying for the RCVS certificate in Veterinary Cardiology and we have the facilities to perform full Doppler echocardiography to identify a wide range of cardiac conditions in your pets
